Strange white blotches

I'm in need of help guys!
My delh had some kind of blotch near his gills.
It just happened this afternoon while I check on them.
He's together with a bristlenose plec and a channa blehri with bogwoods and plants.

Could be damage from rubbing the gravel you have, or rubbing tank ornaments.
Or it could be damage from a Pleco sucking it.

If its the former, why is it rubbing? Parasites?
If it's the latter, remove the Pleco ASAP.

I'm positively sure that the pleco has nothing to do with it.
My guess would too be rubbing and parasites.But not sure just yet.
Can I use melafix to heal em?

When I brought home my tinfoil barb, it turned out he had a fungal infection and the symptoms showed up after about three days, shortly after, one of my bichers got a white discoloration on the top of his head. I used pimafix and within two days, it was gone.

Oh,so it is a fungus.
Thanks btw,is melafix considerable too?
