Strange white spots on CK

situation:
ck about 9 cms long, not mine but was gonna buy. has beautiful patterns

eats lots! very active, not shy at all.
but has smjall white spots, not normal white spots, more of a oval shape. like pill capsules... but tiny!
tried all medication, no success but tried salt water bath - then most of it fell of. 3 days later tried gian has some reidual white things on its body, but it wont come off.

what is it? contagious?
should i get it?

be patient. it sounds like ich.. treatment can be done with salt addition and temperature increase. Raise the temperature to about 86 ◙ Fahrenheit. Then give it about 2 weeks to see results.

aquarium salt and heater will do the job, thats what i did when one of my fish had ich.
