Strangest Fish Tank

I use to have a small (8ft across) above ground pool set up in my spare room as a salt water tank, worked fine but my friends (and landlord) though it was a bad idea, now I've seen those pools that don't have the metal sides, they have an inflatable ring at the top and one I saw was made of a clear plastic and I got the jones to make one all over again. What are some of the weirdest things you have used to keep fish in?
