Is it possible for my cichlids or other fish to become stressed out because there is too much water flow that's cause by waterfall filters and long air rocks?
I've been running a Convict tank for months now with only a low flow waterfall filter, and both parent and fry seem to be very healthy. The fry was hatched in the same tank too. They seem to be more happy than the fish in my tank with more water flow.
I was once told that fish really don't need air bubble, just a clean filter was sufficient.
