I have a freshwater 5 inch tea-cup which was healthy and happy. I found him today with 2 large wounds on his back (obv. attacked by someone in the tank) The wounds are circular about a 1/4 inch in diameter and appear like the skin was just pulled back. I have put him in a small tank increase the salt slightly added some anti-bacterial meds. Anything else I should be doing? I've had them almost 3 months with no issues till today.

it should heal up fine. Keep the water clean

if you have a pleco in the tank remove it asap.. What are the tank mates.

However i had a pup that got a chunk taken out of its disc from the inlet tube of a HOb filter.

He's is in with a spotted gar ,arrowana, leaf fish, sleeping goby, and several small chiclids . There is a pleco and I have heard they can be bothersome. All the other fish are all small less than 7 inches.
