stringy poo, need medication advice

i just bought a new flowerhorn about 5 days ago and its been pooping out stringy poo, sometimes red, sometimes clear and red, not much white tho.

is this an internal parasite, if so, what should i buy to treat it? thanks

usually the main symptom is that the feces are white and stringy...does there seem to be a sunken belly?

It is not sufficient evidence that the fish has internal parasites. If it is eating well and in good condition, it is fine.
