Striped Raphael catfish questions??

When young, yes they should. They have been seen cleaning parasites off of wolf fish in the wild when young (very young), so as cleaner fish there is a good possibility that would happen. No guarantee, though.

Wait, do you have real planaria or just the free-swimming nematodes that uninformed aquarists call planaria?
 
umm im pretty sure they r planaria, they are small white worms on the side of my tank and they look like planaria i saw on the internet lol
