I have a 12x7x3 deep pond, it is a little over 1750 gallons, full fw, I know striped bass can and have gotten land locked and grown into full sized and healthy specimens in fw. the tennesee record is 64 lbs and was from a landlocked lake, do you think I could keep a striper? I also have a half acre pond that would be suitable if it got gigantic. THe pond is landlocked so no worries about it getting into the waterways

maybe a striper hybrid would be better

Get a striper from a freshwater source, and you should be able to keep it in freshwater.

SW stripers are more likely to get to the huge sizes you are hoping for, but there are freshwater monsters as well.
