I stripped my Auratus last night and she only spit out 5 fry. She was a lot harder to strip than my P. Acei that had 35 fry. Anyway, why did she have such a low count? The Auratus is about half the size of the acei, especially since she's been holding (and holding longer than the Acei). Could it have been the stress of trying to catch her and stripping that she swallowed them?

Yea that is small...well she sould grow a lot more and produce a lot more also. Our females are about 5in and they produce around 30+ fry every 10 days. Well did that help you any?
