Strong LED lights for 600 gallon aquarium???

I have 2 cheap 48" LEDs off Ebay on mine and think it does a great job

It would depend on your depth of tank and what's in the tank?
Reef tanks need lights with a large frequency range and high lumens
Planted freshwater needs a good range higher lumens will give you brighter greens but will also increase algae growth rate plants grow best with both red range and blue range lamps
Fish only tanks look best with a slightly blue to purple light range and too much lumens of white can give you a glaring effect

Depending on what you want the lights to do impacts what you will need to buy or spend.
For the tank I'm building, a plywood tank, I wanted to go the pendant route with sunrise/sunset capabilities, so I bought a bunch of the Radion XR15FW. They aren't cheap, but they are very capable and very cool.

If you are into building and handy with a soldering iron you could do an array of the 10-200W emitters. They have gotten crazy cheap these days. I bought a 100W for $70 when they were a new thing. Now they are $6...
