Hey. I was hoping you guys could give me some suggestions on a stand design for a 240gal. I was thinking steel or something really strong. But at the same time, i'd like it to be some what attractive and I need space under the tank for the 2 FX5's, so cupboards(sp) or something. Right now its on a kinda cheap diy wood stand. It gets the job done, but living in CA and moving to WA I'm concerned about the stands ability to stand up to an earthquake(a serious concern in both those places). It supports the tank, but its kinda wobbly. Wouldn't surprise me if it broke. Obviously disasterous. I'd love some ideas. My husband is a welder,and good at making stuff, but he wants me to decide on the design(I tried but they suck) and he'll make it. Anyways it's dimensions are 78x24x24. Basically the design needs to be really strong, sturdy, and somewhat attractive. Thanks a lot and hope to hear some ideas from people soon! Thanks.
