Stuck between a rock and Hard place...

Heres the sitch;

I have recently bought a 55g tank, i want 2 Firemouth Cichlids, for the colour and personallity, but if i get 2 males they will show aggression towards eachother, if i get a male and female they will breed and show aggression to all other fish, and if i get 2 females it wont be as stunning,

What are you trying to go for? You said if you keep a pair they will be mean to other tankmates. Your other stocking plans determines what you can keep..

I was planning on a Senegal Birchir or two, maybe some Blood Parrots, Albino Plec, i was also thinking of a Jack Dempsey but that may be a bad idea (Correct me if i'm wrong) And some other small-medium S. American Cichlids

Well your going to be getting way over your head with all those fish in a 55. I would say pick your favorite 2 out of all the cichlids, and throw them in with the Sen. Not sure how big the albino plecos get (unless it's the same as the regulars), but they will outgrow that tank in no time, and poop all over the place in the process. Maybe look into the smaller fancy or bristlenose plecos instead..
