Went to my LFs other day. Saw a wonderful 2" Datnoid in their display tank. Im there so often they know me by name. So i figure that i could talk them into selling it to me. Only guy there was some new guy with no knowledge of me or anything else. I asked to buy the Datnoid.....cocky SOB told me NO!!!!
so of course I am determined to get this fish and so the newbie who is boss....
Day after i go back and talk to Derek the employee that has been there for years. I ask for the Datnoid and of course he says yes. the newbie comes over to me and has the balls to tell me "Sir i told you NO yesterday...dont undermind me!" Dereck looked at the newbie and says "Was that your two week notice?" Newbie says "what are you talking about....two week notice?" Then Derek gives him the evil eye and says "OK then your FIRED!"
i couldnt believe it!!!! This new guy had some balls. and the sad thing was.....upon further review of the Datnoid...in bettering lighting i turned it down. but i felt very special!
