How do you turn one of these on?
I can't find any sort of power button or anything.

are there honestly not directions? i hate to read them too but they are usually full of great info.

I thought there should be a manual. I bought one of different brand and it has comprehensive details.

Did you try adjusting the tube-bulbs?

Sometimes they come sorta loose.

Jeox, ask your LFS again about this product. If found defective, return to them and ask for refund or replacement.
