I am just been trawling through the fourm for tank mates for frontosa and came across some post that said shell dwellers would go with frontosa. i doubt it could work but since they stay near their shells there would be less chance them being eaten?

Also why do so many people advice to have Jumbo Cyrps with the frontosa and lots people say that they are there main food source?

I'm not so sure that shell dwellers would work. If you are looking for tankmates, look into calvus and/or compressiceps. As long as they are decent size, they will do fine.

Jumbo cyps get large faster than fronts, hopes that when fronts are full size they will not eat them then. Then of course I have seen fronts with shellies for over 2 years sudden just chase them down and eat them. So... it is a see what works thing
