I am looking to get a Sterlet Sturgeon for my pond. Can someone point me to some high quality food for sturgeons?

Sturgeon require a high protein/high fat diet. I would personally not include a lot of the foods listed above, as staples. They will be seriously lacking in either crude protein, crude fat. or both. Especially the frozen/live foods.

I currently have a 9" diamondback sturgeon (acipenser gueldenstaedtii), I bought it a little over a month ago for my 6000gal outdoor pond at 6.5" (extremely quick growth rate, second only to the beluga sturgeon). Right now I am growing him out in my 180gal.
