Sturgeon Food

I am looking to get a Sterlet Sturgeon for my pond. Can someone point me to some high quality food for sturgeons?
Fresh/frozen fillets of tilapia
fresh/frozen/live shrimp/prawn
Hikari Sinking Carnivore Pellets
Cobalt Ultra Predator Pellet
Orchard Sturgeon Food Pellets
Earthworms
Crawfish (frozen and live)
clams
snails

Sturgeon require a high protein/high fat diet. I would personally not include a lot of the foods listed above, as staples. They will be seriously lacking in either crude protein, crude fat. or both. Especially the frozen/live foods.

I currently have a 9" diamondback sturgeon (acipenser gueldenstaedtii), I bought it a little over a month ago for my 6000gal outdoor pond at 6.5" (extremely quick growth rate, second only to the beluga sturgeon).
