Submariner UV Sterilizer

Has anyone used one of these? I was thinking of getting the 7W one that is rated for 70gal. I was going to use it on a 60 gal. would it be ok or would it be to strong.

Over on this EBJD forum, http://bluejax.14.forumer.com/ , a few people use it and like it. I haven't tried it though.

I broke down and ordered one. I'll give it a go...whats the worst thing that can happen?

I hooked it up tonight...how do I know its working? Should I see a light? The powerhead part works, but not sure about the UV.
