Submersible pumps for 4 ft tank

Have you heard of the pump kintons?thinking of using the kintons iq3000 for my overhead 4 tier filters.

More info on the pump attached.

1)Any other suggestions on brands of pumps, looking at the attman as well.

2) is the flow rate okay for a 4 tier overhead filtration? Or is it too much

Looks like that is made for a pond. Could be a little strong. However some do come with a valve to adjust the speed of water being pumped.

Hmm I suppose if it states 3000l/hour the strength of the pump will not differ from the rest of the other 3000l/hr pump yes?
