Substrat Pro or Matrix best for canister?

I've a FX5-which do people feel offers best biological filtration; Substrat Pro or Seachem Matrix?

someone told me for powerful canisters I'd be better off with PondMatrix as it deals with high flow rates better than normal Matrix.Is this right?

their relatively the same..

go with pond matrix its cheaper. if money isn't a problem go with substrat pro.

i use both!!
