Substrate???

I asked this question many times, but I never got a direct response saying YES YES, you can use this as substrate...

I know pool filter sand can be use in fish and planted tank

I am going to ask again, can this type of pool filter sand (Nepheline Syenite) use as a substrate for my Fly River Turtle??? I don't need recommendation on what kind of sand your using for your turtle.. I just want to know, can this be use with my FRT?
