I have a 360g community tank. My wet dry is 60"X20"X20". Stock: leichardti, silver arowana, mbu, flagtail, (5) burundis, (2) emperors cichlids. I have medium size gravel substrate and wood all through the tank. I never clean the gravel and only do 20% water changes twice a week. Am I going to run into problems? Do I need to vacuum the gravel? Its deep and difficult, but I would do it for my pets....

as time goes on it could have negative effects, and when i say could it most likely will happen. try when you clean the tank, vacuum 1/4 to 1/3 of the tank and move from side to side. as waste builds up it starts to release acids into the water. i hAve seen levels drop instantly and kill everything in the tank. usually in goldfish tanks tho. if you notice very little to no particulate when you vacuum, then dont worry about doing it. gl

First off, I want to know if you mean MBU puffer? If so, this is for sure going to go wrong for you. Those puffers get HUGE. I mean MONSTER, I think they're the biggest fresh water species, and shouldn't be kept in something under an 800 gallon tank. But hey, that's my opinion.

As the first response states, you should try to vacuum at least 1/4 of the rocks per water change. Also, you have a pretty heavy bioload.. I'd step up my water changes to 50% a week. Again, just my opinion.
