What are some of your feeding schedules that prove to promote fast, steady growth?

in reality there is none they grow as fast as they grow some grow fast some grow slow there really is no wonderfood that makes them grow faster contrary to what gonig to be posted. just feed a variety of nutritiuos foods-Anne

Ok, then just what are your feeding schedules?

I really didn't think there was any "one" food that made them magically grow fast, I just wanted to see if anyone found a particular food that works best.

I really don't have one its whatever i feel like feeding that day but thru the week a good quality pellet is incorporated it the diet and theres 1 day a week the adults don't get fed.their diets include
silversides or lancefish
bloodworms
mussels
shrimp
hakari sinking carnivore pellets
as treats
ghost shrimp
earthworms
guppies ( i have raised or that have gone thru qt)-Anne

I feed every evening for my endli's bloodworms and raw shrimp, I try to add some massivore, but they're not happy with it yet, they're 4" & 5". The sen's (7-8") love tons of massivore, and the ornate loves HBH African Cichlid pellets. Fed every evening. The Ornate has grown probably 7-8" in as many months.

Thanks for the replies so far...

I feed my sens chopped up nightcrawlers, shrimp pellets, cichlid pellets, and growth pellets. Usually large feedings 2-3 times a day, though I don't feed everything everyday. They've grown over an inch in about a month.

thats a good growth rate but when they get usually 7-8 inches the growth rate will most likely slow so don't freak out its normal-Anne

I feed once a day, not because of any purpose other than the fish gotta eat.

I feed either chopped up shrimp, or pellets, and once in a while they get earthworms chopped up.
