I am in the process of setting up a 10 gal. saltwater tank. and i was wondering what kind of fish/inverts would be able to fit in there. I was thinking maybe a flame angelfish and a coral banded shrimp. Would these be ok? or would the angelfish kill the shrimp?

Angelfish would be too big for the 10g.
Personally, I wouldn't stick most salt fish in a 10g at any time. I was recently about to transfer my damsel to my 10g; it's just not big enough and it'll only get smaller to him.
A type of fish I would put in a 10g is some type of small goby, like a yellow watchman goby + a pair of pistol shrimp would be wicked in a 10g.
I would call it a done deal at those three inhabitants though. Anything after that would be overkill.

I wouldn't put the wrasse in there...It gets bigger than most damsels and I think it would just be really crammed in a 10g.

Yeah, maybe a single clown and a goby. That might work well, or some good inverts...I would suggest damsels, but I saw one that was about the size of my fist a while back, and has just thrown me off the idea of keeping one in anything less than 30 gallons..
