Suggest me a small, pretty monster tankmate (wtf?)

Yeah yeah, contradiction in terms, I know. I have a 5" motoro, a Uaru, and a gold nugget pleco in the tank in my bedroom. I recently moved out a 12" silver aro because he seemed very unhappy with the tank (he went into the 4x2x2 with my 14" TSN). There is now a large unfilled water space in there now, and the wife demands another pretty fish for the tank. The motoro is my prime concern, so I don't want anything aggressive, but something with nice colors who swims mid to high and gets to be 4-6" would be perfect.

Suggestions? I'd go for a dat but they grow so slowly.... I'd go for a cichlid but for the nippishness. Maybe a tigrinus cat? that's another bottom dweller though.

it gets a little bigger than the size mentioned, but a rotkeil severum might work

if you wanted something that only got to 6 inches,wouldnt the motoro eventually outgrow and eat it?
