suggestions for a 29 gallon?

Ok well I finally got rid of all the fish in my 29 gallon and I am considering something scaly or slimy. I want something that won't outgrow the tank and will be interesting to watch i.e not a pacman frog. I was looking at smaller frogs like firebellied toads and dart frogs. But I really don't know how interesting they are to watch. I do like darts but I am afraid they will be too hard and expensive to take care of. I already have a tegu so I don't need another animal that will continuously drain my funds. I am open to anything though.

Snakes arent an option because your not allowed? Cuz a vine snake would be a nice visual. You could do a fire side skink tank? I think the tank would be big enuff

Well i already have two very interesting leos so i don't need more of them. Crested geckos are an option and so are fire skinks. Yes i am not allowed to keep snakes.

Turantulas and scorpians aren't an option either. I do like the fire skinks and crested geckos.

id got with two female and one male crested geckos. i have a 29 divided with two males right now and they're really cool pets.
