Suggestions For a Setup

Ok my cousin wants to set up her 20g long and wants it to look colorful kinda like pseudo saltwater basically really colorful fish any ideas for the setup to bad its only a 20g
so i need idea for layout like plants etc
and fish list

Right dont heavily plant it I would suggest a mid range planting and some Opaline Pearl Gourami, I know a hybrid but a nice hybrid =]] get 4 of them and 12 pygmy corys.The pygmy corys will grow to 3cm and the gouramis to 11 cm ANother idea is a threadfin rainbow tank =]]

you could do rams, or shellies to go along with the saltwater shells kinda thing

yeah shellies would be cool i was thinking crushed coral as a substrate rainbows or rams are nice to any more suggestions

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but either a lot of tall grasses with colorful angels and gouramis OR a bunch of guppies with some tall stem plants and undergravel glow lights. That's if she's looking for color though.
