Tank would last awhile but will need a bigger tank in the long run... Motoros can grow up to a disc that is bigger than your tank is wide and tall. The black aro will eventually get as long or even longer than your tank is wide.
If you can get a hold of male rays like hystrix I would think a male would do great in that tank...make sure filtration is great and water changes are continuous.
