wat type of food would make a juvenile jaguar cichlid about 2" grow faster...currently giving him bloodworms ,carnivore pellets ,crickets, guppies, and rosy reds feeders
You're doing fine variety wise. You may want to try Hikari Cichlid BioGold. I've had really good results with it. Unless you've got a good safe supply of feeders, you may want to lay off those. Younger fish aren't as hardy and desease can be easily introduced with feeders from a questionable source. As soon as he gets big enough, try some market shrimp cut into bite sized chunks.
yes get him off the feeders unless you raise your own... introduction of disease is prevelent from feeders.. otherwise your little guy is doing great with that food... and like Turd said good to get him on small cichlid pellets..
