Suggestions On moving fish...

I have a 12" gar, 13" red tail cat, 2 8" peacock bass, a 10" oscar and 10" pike cichlid.. I need to move their tank across the room today and redo it, and dont know where to put the fish during that time.... Any Suggestions?? Thanks

with fish this large, i'd suggest a clean rubermaid container. Drain the tank water into it, place your heaters, filters and bubblers into it, then net the fish out and putt them in the container, and they should be fine for however long it takes you to move the tank.

Get some plastic tubs. They are cheap at Big Lots or any dollar store. Walmart has a 90 day return policy if you choose to "not use them".

goto your LFS and ask for fish coolers they will give them to you at no charge. if its a nice LFS and then you dont have to worry about anything at all.
