Welcome suggestions on plants i can put on top of the floating screen in my pond which will help absorb excess nutrients. I have pothos, but they dont do well as my pond is under direct sunlight.
what other plants can you guys suggest which can thrive on top of the screen?
on the left side the pothos has been there for a few months already its light colored due to direct sunlight, i noticed they dont like direct sunlight.

any other plants that can be added which you guys think will grow?
I've had duckweed before but they are messy.

Have you considered trying aquaponics? simple gravel or clay pellet beds with leafy green plants will do wonders on nitrates

If you have good water flow and oxygenation you can float beds in your pond

I agree with above, the roots can be good places for fry, have u thought of doing this with a mix of purple cabbage and regular cabbage, set in a pattern?
