Is there any catfish suitable for a 75g community tank?

Lots

Most of the Pleco species are fine in a community tank, just watch the size of the common species. Many grow to over a foot long, still OK as community fish, just BIG. But a lot of them are only 4-6" max, much more manageable.

The various Corys are great community fish. Get a bunch of 4 or more, they like living in a group like that. Sizes from 1" to 6" max, but generally peacefull.

There are other species too, like Tongue suggested. Just do some research into any species you see before you buy it. Some will grow big and basically swallow anything that fits in their rather large mouths.

Of course pictus would work too...

wow the jaguar cat looks nice! I think i'll purchase one as the price is just right as well.

Does anyone know if a royal pleco would fight with a jaguar catfish? I have this notion that catfish will fight each other possibly. Then again they dont look like each other maybe somehow they'll just know and attack each other? LOL, correct if im wrong guys.

Hard to know for sure.

Its possible the pleco will be a bit territorial with another large bottom dweller.

But if the tank is big and there are plenty of hiding spots they will usually work out some kind of truce before they injure each other :)

If you buy the catfish (or both) at a small size and they grow up together they should be fine. The plecos usually ignore small fish that they dont see as a threat, then once the small fish grows, well it's allways been there.

Putting 2 large specimens together is where a fight usually occurs.
