Has anyone tried using or know someone who has tried using a sulfur denitrator?

I hate to say this, but nitrate is not the only pollutant. Just one that we can measure easily. That lets us forget about the other stuff, which builds up while we think that we have clean water because we keep nitrates down.
A conductivity meter provides the necessary insight, and I have no reason to believe that a sulfur denitrator could prevent ion accumulation from happening...

this thread has nothing to do with avoiding water changes. I purely want to know peoples experiences with sulfur denitrator and removing just nitrate. I could do 100% water changes 10 times per day and guess what my nitrate levels will never get lower then what comes out of my tap.
