Hello all I'm curious at to what gph would be recommended for a 135 gallon aquarium with a 55 gallon sump... The tank has two overflows and two return outputs drilled in the bottom of the tank. It will be housing Central American cichlids and I would like a good flow to keep waste from collecting at the bottom. Thanks for your help in advance.
