I Am Looking To Make A Sump For My 55 Gallon Tank

I Am Thinking Of Creating A 10g Or 29g Sump
I Want To Create A Sump With A Low Cost

What Will I Need?
Do You Guys Have Any Plans?

I would do a 20G sump (more water capacity) for a 55.

Well I've never bought any store bought overflows so I can't give any advice on those but I've done a lot of DIY for fun.
Until I learned how to drill the tanks
The last overflow I built I was pretty proud of:
