I have freshwater wet/dry sump and I wanted to put some plants in it. Can anybody tell me what plants would be good and how many hours or light should I give them.

I have hygro (can't tell you the species), crypts, hornwort, anubias, and aponogeton in my sump. They have the lights on 12 hours a day, but that really depends on the type of plants you are using, and what set up you have.
