Sump Question - "easy" stuff

details:

2 x 1.5" drains (just bulkhead + strainer out the back/top of tank)
2 x 1" returns

1) from bulkhead - i want a "t" fitting with the top capped w/ a hole and optional valve to control amount of air correct?

2) what gph am i looking for in a pump? (ill obviously be using a "t" or "y" off the pump to flow to the 2 separate returns back into tank)

1. correct, i believe my friend has his bulkhead set up on his tank and works completely fine.

2. 1.5 drains could handle around 1300 gph i believe, so around 2600 gph in your case. how big is your tank? would be easier to find the right GPH if we knew the size of the tank
