Sump question for 280?

I use 55's because they are cheap on Craigs list. A 40 would work too....

Well, I might be getting a used 280 and it comes w/ the 40 gallon sump. It is plumbed thru the side, but it isn't going in the house, just the new garage/fishroom and it is pretty cheap for everything included.
