sump/refugium,how to find the rating ?

ok i just made a refugium /sump with a 55 gallon tank how do i calulate the filtration capacity hope fully some one could help thanks to every one who help with all the i deas and pointed me in the right derection

I don't know for sure but I'm guessing the members here that are knowledgeable enough to answer will need some more info to be able to answer.
Like what capacity is it you are wanting to calculate...
