Sump size for a 180 gallon

Looking for sump size suggestions for a 180 gallon. 55 gallon tank,75 gallon tank, what size plastic tote?

55 will be good but if you can swing a 75 or 90, then that will be better. I have a 55 under my 220 and wish I would have gone with at least a 75. It still works great though.

I use a 75g for my 225 and a 40 for my 120 idk the exact math maybe 30% -33% a 1/3 size of your tank? Seems sufficient for me
