Sump Size Suggestions

Looking to move away from the canisters and most folks are suggesting sumps. My question is what size sumps would you guys reccommend for the below tanks.

39 gallon
55 gallon
90 gallon
125 gallon
125 gallon

39 and 55= 10s, but I would just throw an ac 70 on the 39 and ac110 on the 55

30L woudl be good for the 125s and 90

X2 You really want to get a sump that is 1/3 the size of the tank its for
