whats the minimum sump galloage for a 132 gallon tank?

Now that we got past that , What kind of bio-load will be in it? 3 tetras? ! Aro? A flock of Goldfish?

Seriously, give us a little more info on what's planned for it.

A guesstimate could be a 30g with 2x turnover for a smaller bio-load.

Id go with at least a 25 but if possible id suggest a 40 breeder

i guess my question was more of a flooding question. what size do i need to handle poweroutages as to not end up findin out a 29 wount hould enuf water.

you could use a stan pipe or float valve if its an over flow problem
