Sump/Wet/Dry Filter

I am setting up a DIY Wet/Dry Filter. I am going to start with maybe a 60-75 gallon tank. One section will be Jap. Mat, One section will be Bio-Balls(Mixed-carbon-filled, white-diamond filled, and one for bilogical filtration). Am I missing anything???

Hopefully I will also be plumbing this to filter three of my tanks-150/85/65.
Do you think it can handle all this???

Let me know what you guys think and if you have any recommendations!!!!!
