hey guys im setting up a 30g sump and im wondering what should the GPH for the Overflow b0x and pump to pump it back be?

Overflow should flow more than the pump can pump out or you could have some flooding issues. What size tank?

at least 3 times per hour i think that is a good time or is it twen times perhour

then you just answered your own question- 3 times per hour would be 150g x3=450gph, 10 times per hour would be 150g x 10=1500gph. with all those fish you have in that relatively small tank id be pushing 1500gph through a 50-60g sump.
