Hey guys this is my first post on MFK, sooo....HI! 
I bought a sun catfish a while back and have had it for about a year and a few months. I really like the little guy and want to keep him but i don't have sufficient housing. Right now he's in a 30g temporarily because I'm converting my 55g where he formerly resided in to a malawi Mbuna tank.
Now don't jump on me for being ignint and buying a catfish that I cant care for!!
He's only about 6" right now and I do have a few ideas for what to do. Here's where I need your help! one being a pond liner that is only 5' X 3' and 1' deep and a filter to go with it. Could I use this? and do any of ya'll have any outher cheap ideas short of selling him, (whitch would be harder than housing him, and somethin I really don't wanna do)???
