Recently ordered a sunsun hw303b for a 20 long. I have 4 giant danios and a rainbow shark in the 20 right now, with the canister upgrade will i be able to keep some sort of basking turtle? Probably a eastern painted turtle male. I also would like to know if a musk turtle could be kept in the 20. Thanks in advance

I have one of those canister filters and they are great. But any type of basking turtle would be to large for a 20 gallon tank. And most common basking turtles would be agressive to your fish. Even though that filter could be capable it wouod not be a good idea due to your tank limitations.
I knew that, and would definately have to upgrade if i got a basking turtle
My other options are to keep the fish i have and get a musk turtle
Or
A breeding trio of convicts and move the danios and the rainbow shark into another tank
that or one of the females will get her ass whooped and be stressed the hell out lol
