Sunfish with channel cat?

Yup
It all depends on size of the fish and size of the tank in most cases the green will out grow the channel (the channels mouth size compared to the size of the green sunfish). A green is an mean sunfish and if not kept in a big enough tank will harass and pick on the catfish. And sometimes you get mean channels that like to chew on there tank mates fins.
