My fish now look like amiciated dogs. I can see their ridge of their back, the head is sunken in. They wont eat, but they still moving rocks, and very active. I wa stold to do a water change, and lots of salt, any other faster remedies, I hate my fish like this.

We needs lots more info to help.
What kind of fish?
Size of tank?
Water temp?
Water parameters?
How long has it been set up?

Answers to these will be a good start, I'm sure others will have more questions.

well, its a 10 gallon, 2 flowerhorns. The tanks has been running for a few months. A week ago they both fought, and one got sorta depressed. A few days later, I noticed the happy one got a bit skinny, then the next day the other was also, day after that, they look like the back of a cow, the backbone is showing through skin, all the way to the head. Very skinny both are now, but still very active, just not eating. They have good filtration. Temp is 85.

What do you feed them and how much/often on average? How large/long are these flowerhorns roughly? Do either of them have an inflamed anus or white/stringy looking poop? Do their spines look bent from above or from the side at all?

maybe your flowerhorns are tweekers. but seriously i have no idea whats wrong with em. maybe theyre on a hungerstrike from being in such a small tank, need way bigger.

Ok, the 10 is a holding tank for now, which has always ran perfectly. They are in there until my bigger tank is ready. I have grown many a horn in that tank to bigger sizes, no problems. The closest illness so far with some of the symptoms is fish TB. Though, it may not be. I cant find any info on my symptoms, other than TB, and sunken back.
