my jardini seems like having a sunken belly and curved body. I was wondering is it have internal parasect?

whenever I change water it always have it body curled like an S and then it will turn back to normal in like 4 days.

Test your tap water, I have some bad tap water at times and have lost some of my more sensitive fish to bad water.
tap water is fine. just ph is high. do parasect make fish have sunken belly?
Yes, but so does not eating because of water quality. If the jar is curling during water changes somethings not right. Maybe temp, maybe some thing else, maybe the jar just isn't comfortable in the tank. Does he have white stringy poop? Is he eating well? Has he jumped out of the tank at some point? Pics? Sunken belly is a symptom of a lot of things, hence why I posted the link to attempt to get more info that is needed to help you.
when he curl up I wait till he is normal back then feed him. most of the time he is near the top left corner he don't swim across the tank. I don't see any whiteish poop. mybe some blackish poop.
any pictures?
Is the water temperature of the water you put back INTO the tank the same as the water in the tank itself?
If you can't provide a picture or a short video clip about your fish then pretty much point less here, some diseases/symptoms need a picture for a clear verification then other would have a right treatment to help you to battle it off.
