Thanks. Another Q, does the spray bar where the water comes out from do anything or is it better to just have the water shoot out with out it?

It reduces flow by spreading it out over a larger area, having the spray bar is purely up to you and the aquarium you keep.

I didnt install the bar because i dont want to reduce flow tho.

Well if im a little overstocked is it better w/o it? Also do I just let n shoot water down or do I but the L so it shoots to the side instead of down?

I pointed it downwards, it is better IMO.

I've always been told and read that if you have oxygen problems the odds of flow from a canister fixing it is near none as canisters are highly oxygen exhaustive compared to other filter systems like sumps. If you have oxygen problem either limit stock or seek other methods of increasing oxygenation like an air stone or a power head aimed at the surface.
