Sunsun 304b canister plus accessories

I'm looking at the sunsun 304b for my 55 gallon cichlid tank (8_10) and wanted advice on media. The pic shows what Amazon recommended. I'm also looking into a inline heater to use with whatever canister I get. Thanks for any advice.

Do thise sunsuns have internal pumps?

That will be fine, the sunsun has black trays that you can put whatever you want into. Personally, I use mixed bio-media in one of the trays and just stuff the rest of it with filter floss. I have a 404b.
The pump is in the removable top part of the filter.
